Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical execution across our software and digital platforms.

You will translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, working with Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders in an Agile environment. The role includes evaluating SaaS/COTS solutions and enabling integrations across the hotel/gaming tech stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, business, or related field.
• 3+ years as BA, TBA, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience in Agile software environments.
• Strong ability to write user stories, criteria, and specs.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience evaluating SaaS/COTS solutions.
• Willing to work flexible hours including holidays/nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, QA, and stakeholders to deliver software.
• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and docs.
• Manage and refine product backlogs using Jira.
• Create and maintain product/technical documentation in Confluence.
• Support testing, user acceptance, releases, and deployments.
• Evaluate SaaS and COTS solutions and their integrations.
• Facilitate vendor meetings, demos, and POCs.
• Define integration requirements between vendor and internal systems.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Infra, Cybersecurity, and Engineering teams.
