Required Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within data-intensive SaaS environments.
• Solid understanding of data workflows, structured datasets, and basic data transformation concepts.
• Experience working with data platforms, Python, Data Science projects, ML, ETL pipelines, or entity resolution systems is highly desirable.
• Comfort working with product and engineering teams in an agile setting— with strong backlog grooming and user story development skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interface with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze API payloads (e.g., JSON), navigate large datasets, and draft basic queries in SQL.
• Familiarity with workflow tools like Confluence, Azure DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working on data linking, entity matching, deduplication, or metadata management projects.
• Exposure to tools and techniques related to record linkage, fuzzy matching, or rules-based matching logic.
• Understanding of common data quality challenges (e.g., duplicates, missing values).
