Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in technology delivery.
• Experience with Agile delivery using Jira and user stories.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and technical solutions.
• Lead requirements elicitation, process analysis, data mapping, and backlog refinement.
• Identify dependencies, coordinate across multiple teams, and validate solutions.
• Support delivery planning, testing strategy, and release readiness.
• Drive stakeholder conversations from requirements to delivery.
• Identify risks and translate complex needs into clear solutions.
