Job summary

MarshBerry is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support AI-enabled tools, internal applications, and process improvements. You will work at the intersection of business needs and technical execution, gathering requirements and documenting workflows for delivery of practical technology solutions.

The role focuses on multiple AI/tech development efforts, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and aligned with real use cases across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CIS or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years in business/systems analysis or related role.
• Familiar with Power BI and data visualization needs.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools or tech projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and document requirements for AI-enabled tools and internal apps.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Facilitate scoping discussions to define objectives and decisions.
• Maintain organized project documentation and testing feedback.
• Support user acceptance testing and change management activities.
• Assist with rollout, training, and stakeholder communication.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
