Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5+ years in Business Analytics, Project or Product Management or related role.
• Experience with test automation tools and writing/validating test scripts for pre-production testing.
• Strong technical requirements gathering and documenting technical requirements.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, product delivery, testing/UAT, or business-facing technology.
• Ability to create requirements, process maps, test artifacts, business cases, metrics, and executive-ready summaries.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, systems delivery, test lifecycle, change management, data, integrations, security, and governance.
• Nice to have field service, industrial operations, mobile workforce, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power Platform, ERP/CRM, analytics, or AI experience.

An Industrial Manufacturing company based in San Diego, CA is seeking a Business Analyst/Business Partner to join their team. The Business Analyst / Enterprise Business Partner (EBP) bridges Field Service stakeholders and IT delivery teams. The role translates strategy, operational needs, user pain points, data needs, and business risks into prioritized requirements, process improvements, testable solutions, and measurable. They should have experience acting as a liaison between field engineers, technical team members, and business stakeholders to gather and document user requirements, process maps, and executive-ready summaries. They should have strong validation testing experience, from writing test scripts through to pre-production validation.

Skills and Requirements

• -Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• -3-5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Project or Product Management or related role
• -Experience with test automation tools and ability to write and validate test scripts for pre-production testing (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
• -Strong technical requirements gathering and documenting technical requirements, acting as a liaison between technical team members and engineers
• -Strong Business analysis, process improvement, product delivery, testing/UAT, or business-facing technology experience.
• -Ability to create requirements, process maps, test artifacts, business cases, metrics, and executive-ready summaries.
• -Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, systems delivery, test lifecycle, change management, data, integrations, security, and governance.
• -Strong facilitation, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, organization, and stakeholder management. -Field Service, industrial operations, mobile workforce, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, ERP/CRM, analytics, or AI experience preferred.
• -SQL Querying or .Net scripting experience is a plus
