Job summary

ELCA Digital Agency seeks a skilled Business Analyst to translate client needs into digital solutions, with a strong API, data flows, and integration focus, across web and mobile projects.

You will collaborate with architects, UX/UI, lead developers, and offshore teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented, while supporting testing and delivery.

A degree in a relevant field and at least four years of experience are expected, with fluency in English and French beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of professional experience, including initial developer experience.
• Experience as a Business Analyst on digital projects (web/mobile).

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate into digital solutions with a technical dimension (APIs, data flows, integrations).
• Draft scoping and specifications: user stories, acceptance criteria, front-end & back-end specs.
• Facilitate client workshops to define needs and align stakeholders.
• Coordinate development teams (internal and offshore) to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Ensure alignment with third-party vendors and manage updates.
• Participate in testing phases: write test scenarios, acceptances, validations.
• Drive project progress and quality within your scope.

You will join a practice combining project management, business analysis, UX, front-end, back-end, and mobile development, as well as digital marketing, working in collaboration with our offshore teams (Mauritius, Spain, Italy, Vietnam).

Your Mission

• You are responsible, within your project scope, for analyzing business needs and translating them into digital solutions, with a genuine technical dimension (analysis of flows, APIs, and integrations with existing systems: ERP, CRM, etc.)
• You draft scoping and specification deliverables: user stories, acceptance criteria, front-end specifications (screens, UI behaviors), and back-end specifications (APIs, flows, integrations)
• You facilitate workshops with clients to define needs, challenge proposed solutions, and bring stakeholders on board
• You coordinate development teams (internal and offshore) throughout delivery, ensuring requirements are properly understood and implemented
• You ensure technical and functional alignment with third-party solution vendors/providers (dependencies, roadmap, tracking of updates)
• You actively participate in testing phases: writing test scenarios, functional acceptance testing, and validation of deliverables
• You are accountable, within your scope, for the project's progress and quality — your role is not limited to producing specifications
• You contribute to ambitious customer relationship and customer experience digitalization projects, on web and/or mobile solutions, with strong integration with existing systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• You collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team (architects, UX/UI, lead developers) and know how to challenge and incorporate their contributions

Your Profile

• Degree in computer engineering, management, or information systems
• At least 4 years of professional experience, including initial experience as a developer
• Successful prior experience as a Business Analyst, ideally on digital projects (web/mobile)
• Comfortable with technical topics: able to analyze APIs, data flows, and integration architectures
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and associated deliverables (user stories, backlog, acceptance criteria)
• Experience facilitating client workshops and coordinating development teams
• Familiarity with AI tools in a design/development project context is a plus
• Strong sense of accountability: you don't limit yourself to writing specs, you drive the success of your project scope
• Good communication skills in French and English (German is a plus)
