Job summary

Capco in Dallas is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs with data-driven transformation. You’ll gather requirements, translate them into technical artifacts, and support Agile delivery across business, data, and technology teams.

You’ll work with stakeholders and data professionals on solution design, backlogs, and releases, using JIRA/Confluence. Strong SQL and communication skills are essential for success in our hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with SQL (Oracle, SQL Server; MongoDB is a plus) and data analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design artifacts.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery.

The Role

As a Technical Business Analyst at Capco, you will play a critical role in delivering data management and transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment across business, data, and technology teams. You will also support Agile delivery by managing backlogs, tracking progress, and contributing to solution design and implementation.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Agile environments
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
