Job summary

EOSOL is seeking a Technical Back Office Specialist to support wind energy field operations across multiple projects in the United States. You will act as the operational link between field teams, clients, project managers, and technical departments to ensure mobilization, scheduling, reporting, and resource coordination.

You will coordinate wind turbine maintenance, commissioning, blade services, and campaigns while ensuring documentation, certifications, and training are up to date.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or technical background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field teams performing wind turbine maintenance (preventive, corrective, predictive).
• Coordinate commissioning activities.
• Coordinate blade inspections and repairs.
• Coordinate major component exchanges and specialized campaigns.
• Support workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate mobilizations, travel logistics, accommodations, and site access requirements.
• Track project progress, technician utilization, and operational KPIs.
• Maintain communication between clients, field personnel, project managers, and technical teams.
• Review service reports, work orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor project schedules and support issue resolution.
• Ensure field teams have required certifications, training, and documentation.
• Assist with invoicing support, timesheet validation, and project reporting.
• Support emergency response coordination and operational escalations when required.

EOSOL Group is seeking a Technical Back Office Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of wind energy field operations across multiple projects in the United States.

This position will serve as the operational link between field teams, clients, project managers, and technical departments, ensuring efficient mobilization, scheduling, reporting, and resource coordination for maintenance, commissioning, special operations, blade services, turbine campaigns, and corrective activities.

• Work order management systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required).
