  • Ability to troubleshoot Audio/Visual equipment in a classroom environment.

  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software (Windows OS & Apple iOS Desktops/Laptops), and computer networking fundamentals.

  • Ability to follow instructions as well as work independently.

  • Ability to provide support in an extremely dynamic environment.
