Bloomberg Industry Group in Arlington, TX is seeking a hands-on leader to build and manage a small, high-performing full-stack team. You will drive DEVOPS and Agile/Lean practices to deliver robust software, with emphasis on observability, security, and cost effectiveness.
You will mentor engineers, shape architecture, collaborate with product partners, and lead critical projects while fostering an inclusive culture that delivers measurable business value.
You are responsible for developing and managing a small, high-performing, full stack team of software engineers to develop software using DEVOPS and Agile/Lean principles. You will work with peers and team members to create and maintain great products that support the business vision, while looking for ways to further optimize the engineering and product development process.
$155,000.00-$200,000.00
Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
