Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Licensed in Texas preferred.
• Deep technical knowledge of exterior envelope.
• Strong knowledge of the design process.
• Independent problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced design environment.
• General knowledge of materials, products and systems relative to project types.
• Proficiency in Revit, Newforma Project Center and MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams on education, healthcare, commercial and other project types to ensure technical resolution.
• Support project teams as needed with consultant coordination.
• Review contract documents at phases corresponding with our Quality Assurance plan, ensuring compliance with Code and company standards.
• Provide construction solutions for conditions discovered during Construction Administration.
• Assist with the development of design concepts through technical application and resolution, as well as guiding detail development.
• Develop and present enriching presentations for our multi-office Architecture Team.
