Happiest Minds Technologies is seeking a Technical Architect to build experimental frameworks and model architectures that preempt bottlenecks in early project stages.
You will act as a conduit between business leaders and technical teams to secure alignment, decompose requirements, and document comprehensive system designs for scalable growth.
Technical Architect: Job Duties: Build experimental frameworks to pressure-test new technologies and architectural designs within controlled environments. Execute preliminary architectural modeling to identify and resolve potential system bottlenecks early in the project lifecycle. Act as a conduct between non-technical business leaders and technical teams to secure alignment and buy-in for architectural decisions. Partner with project managers to decompose complex technical requirements into actionable work items and monitor execution milestones. Create detailed UML diagrams and comprehensive system documentation to standardize technical knowledge and streamline future system enhancements. Design systems and platforms capable of absorbing exponential growth in volume and load while maintaining performance and reliability. Evaluate emerging technologies and evolving industry trends to recommend solutions that strengthen long-term technical competitiveness. Enforce engineering best practices by promoting automated testing frameworks and test-driven development methodologies across development teams. Lead Architecture Review Board (ARB) activities to ensure all new initiatives conform to established enterprise architecture standards. Design and evolve technical frameworks that align infrastructure capabilities with long-term business growth and scalability objectives. Produce high-level architectural designs to modernize legacy systems and integrate new technologies into existing platforms.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any field), or a closely related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a/an software developer, tester, analyst, or related. Position is based out of 101 Metro Drive, Suite 360, San Jose, CA 95110 and may require relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States. Hybrid schedule permitted: 1 day per week in office and 4 days remote. Rate of Pay: $183,872.00/year.
