As a Technical Architect (TA), you will serve as the bridge between Hightouch and our largest Fortune 5000 customers. You will oversee the entire customer journey—from kick-off and onboarding to ongoing success and increased adoption. You are a product expert, leveraging your knowledge to ensure our Enterprise customers understand and utilize the Hightouch platform to its fullest and beyond.
You will seek to understand customer requirements at a detailed level, uncover use cases, and help navigate to optimal solutions. Your passion lies in how companies can utilize data to its maximum potential. Your goal is to guide customers toward their ideal future state and contribute to the innovation of the Hightouch platform.
The salary range for this position is $160,000-$200,000 USD per year (80/20 split variable), location-independent under our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation via ISO options, early exercise opportunities, and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
