Technical Architect - Onsite

Role Purpose:

The Technical Architect will be responsible for defining the technical vision and architectural roadmap for our enterprise-scale applications. The primary purpose of this role is to design scalable, resilient, and high-performance microservices architectures that align with business objectives. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that the system is built using industry best practices, is cost-effective in the cloud, and is capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.

Experience Required:

• Total Experience: [Insert Number, e.g., 10–15] years of experience in Software Development and System Architecture.
• Architectural Experience: Minimum of [Insert Number, e.g., 3–5] years in a formal Architect role, specifically designing Microservices and Cloud-native solutions.
• Domain Expertise: Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale enterprise solutions.
• Leadership: Experience in leading technical teams, conducting code/design reviews, and mentoring senior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Solutioning: Lead the end-to-end architectural design of complex enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Microservices Orchestration: Define the patterns and standards for Microservices communication, data consistency, and service discovery.
• Cloud Strategy & Implementation: Architect cloud-native infrastructures on AWS or GCP, optimizing for both performance and cost-efficiency.
• Technical Governance: Enforce strict adherence to Design Principles (SOLID, DRY, etc.) and architectural patterns across the development lifecycle.
• Performance & Optimization: Drive application performance tuning strategies and establish benchmarks for system throughput and latency.
• Observability Framework: Define the monitoring and observability strategy using tools like Grafana to ensure proactive issue detection.
• Problem Resolution: Act as the highest level of escalation for complex debugging and technical bottlenecks in production environments.
• Database Architecture: Design high-performance data models and optimization strategies for relational databases.

Mandatory Technology Stack:

• Backend Frameworks: Expert-level knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on architectural experience with AWS or GCP.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Deep expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.
• Architecture Style: Proven mastery of Microservices Architecture.
• Databases: Advanced proficiency in PostgreSQL and complex SQL optimization.
• Monitoring & Observability: Proficiency with Grafana (and associated metrics/logging stacks).
• Core Competencies: Strong command of Design Principles, Application Performance Tuning, and advanced Debugging methodologies.
