Scope of Work:
Capio Group is looking for an experienced Technical Architect to work as part of a team to provide Information Technology support to the client services that are currently supported by multiple client systems. These systems duplicate data and functionality in silos, preventing cross-analysis and lacking modern work automation tools for process improvement. The team will support the system within the agreed-upon schedule and standards, focusing on driving process improvement and standardization to enhance efficiency, reduce redundancy, and streamline workflows across systems. The client aims to modernize these systems to better address outcome disparities, ensure high-quality services, collaborate with partners, report on key outcomes and metrics, and support innovation and payment reform.
