Position

Salesforce Inc. seeks a Technical Architect in San Francisco, CA.

Job Duties

1. Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems with customers and third-party partners.
2. Identify and proactively manage risk areas, ensuring issues are resolved completely.
3. Review and correct project direction and artifacts to keep programs on track and solutions maintainable.
4. Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions.
5. Lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice and contribute to the community's knowledge base.
6. Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies to increase business value.

Telecommuting is an option. Some travel within the United States may be required.

Minimum Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus two (2) years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills

Experience with Agile methodology, JIRA, Microsoft Visio, Salesforce.com, Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and User Acceptance Testing. A combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.

Telecommuting and travel as noted above.

Salary

$168,397.00 - $236,500.00 per annum.
