The Opportunity
  • This is a remote position.
  • Qualified candidates must currently live in the East Region, preferably near a major airport.
  • Must be able to travel up to 90-100%.
Responsibilities

Support Abbott's Diagnostic Division (ADD) customers and field personnel, serving as the primary contact for complex instruments, troubleshooting, training, and documentation. Lead multi-site integrations, conduct customer interviews, collaborate with project managers, and ensure customer satisfaction through onsite and remote support. Maintain technical competence, provide training, manage time and accounts effectively, and contribute to process improvements. Recognize and communicate product issues, support quality systems, and ensure safety guidelines are followed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, electronics, or Medical Technology.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in laboratory environment, field service, technical call center, or Abbott Diagnostics products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology.
  • Four (4) years’ experience in laboratory environment, field service, technical call center, or Abbott Diagnostics products.

The base pay for this position is $60,000.00 – $120,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary.
