Job Role

As a Technical and Customer Experience Advisor, you'll support our telecommunications clients by assisting customers with smartphones, tablets, and computers. Your role involves listening to customer needs, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving service questions or disputes. Listen to our call samples to understand the call types you will handle.

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously

  • Self-motivation to work independently from home
  • Adherence to a full-time schedule and high-volume call handling
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Successful background check
  • Availability for 32-40 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong computer skills and typing at least 30 wpm
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
  • Experience in technical support or customer service preferred
Location & Work-from-Home Requirements

Must reside in one of the specified states and have a dedicated, distraction-free home office with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload). Computer and equipment are provided; a personal desktop or laptop with Ethernet connection is required for assessments.
