Qualifications

You\'ll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 10 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • 10 years of experience with the following skills is required: MS Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 Customization & Configuration, Software Development in C# including form customization, ribbon customization, view building, entities, dashboard creation, C# based plugin code for complex logical calculations, and deployment using Plugin Registration Tool.
  • 7 years of experience with each of the following skills is required: Implementing application functionality to enable Contact Center and Dealership interaction; API development (REST APIs and Azure integration) to integrate business processes and data flows between CRM and external systems; Power Pages to design and develop secure Microsoft Dynamics 365 portal websites; jQuery, Liquid Template, HTML, CSS, JS, and ASP.Net MVC to customize and configure Power Pages; Agile development, Test Driven Development methodologies and version control tools (Rally or JIRA, Github or AzureDevops, and TFS – Team Foundation Server); CI/CD environment deployment and managing environments (DEV, QA, UAT, Production); MS Dynamics upgrades and migrations to newer versions of Dynamics CRM and Portal.
  • 5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required: Debug using devTools, Azure Application Insights, Azure logs, and Plugin Trace logs; SQL Server for database schema design, stored procedures, and data import/export.
  • 4 years of experience with each of the following skills is required: Establish realtime ongoing interaction between Dynamics CRM, Dataverse, external systems, and Power Pages using Power Automate Flows and REST APIs.

We are offering a salary of $138,486.00 - $176,800.08/yr.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be able to do:

  • Technical Anchor, Dealer Portal Support Team - positions offered by Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, Michigan). Note, this is a purely telecommuting/work-from-home position whereby the employee may reside anywhere within the U.S.
  • Serve as the technical anchor for the CRM Dealer Portal product team. Facilitate the development, migration, and maintenance of our CRM dealer portal platform.
  • Lead effort to migrate Dealer Portal from GCCT (existing USD application) to CX-Hub (newly launched CSW application).
  • Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portal websites using Power Pages. Customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM entities, forms, and views to meet business requirements.
  • Develop C# based plugin code for complex logical calculations and deployment using Plugin Registration Tool.
  • Implement REST web APIs to integrate business processes and data flows between CRM and other applications.
  • Collaborate with software developers, business, and architects to plan, design, and maintain two applications.
  • Lead daily development team meetings, code reviews, and mentor team members on coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, production issues, and identify root causes.
  • Work with DevOps team and Solution Architects for deployment and data governance.
