Qualifications

What you’ll need

1. 4+ years of hands-on experience in CA PM(Broadcom), CA Spectrum (Broadcom) monitoring tools.
2. Hands-on experience on user addition/deletion on CA spectrum and CA PM Broadcom tool.
3. Hands-on experience on network and security devices addition/deletion on CA spectrum and CA PM Broadcom tool.
4. Hands-on experience on SNMP profile creation in CA spectrum monitoring tool.
5. Hands-on experience on CA PM (NetPm) tool to generate various reports - WAN interface utilization, switch port availability, CPU and Memory utilization, NetFlow top talkers reports and device availability reports.
6. Hands-on experience to put bulk devices/complete site into maintenance in spectrum monitoring tools to avoid ticket generation.
7. Hands-on experience to re-model devices (if any changes) in spectrum monitoring tool.
8. Able to coordinate with Broadcom vendor for CA spectrum related issues.
9. Knowledge on ITIL framework which includes Incident, Change, Problem management.
10. Basic understanding on cisco switching and routing concepts, IP addressing and subnetting.

What you’ll do

1. Remote management - Perform a range of technical work activities remotely to meet business and customer requirements.
2. You will be working on industry leading technology and products including CA Spectrum (Broadcom), CA PM(Broadcom).
3. You will be following up with server team during patch upgrade activities carried on CA Spectrum server.
4. You will be following up with CA Spectrum (Broadcom), CA PM(Broadcom) vendor for incidents related to the monitoring tools.
5. Working with internal team to share various reports captured through CA Spectrum (Broadcom), CA PM(Broadcom) tool.
6. You will be sharing Availability reports and device maintenance reports on monthly basis. You will be sharing top 10 alarm and event reports on weekly basis.
7. Understand and adhere to compliance policies and procedures.
8. Keep skills up to date with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role/contract.
