• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of IT Management experience.
• Experience in Technical Analysis and creating system diagrams.
• 5 years of Agile/Scrum experience on a product team.
• Solid understanding of requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of how requirements align with SDLC phases.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of Technical Analysts assigned to various product lanes.
• Develop and implement processes to integrate requirements, acceptance criteria, and tests into holistic product documentation.
• Lead Technical Analysts to write detailed product documentation and user stories according to the process.
• Define appropriate system diagrams by collaborating with engineering teams.
• Identify new tools or processes which can help us achieve our goals.
• Coach team in how to lead successful backlog refinement sessions with their product team.
