Job summary

Bulletproof is seeking a Technical Analyst II to ensure professional IT service delivery for clients, overseeing Tier 1 support and escalating complex issues. You will troubleshoot incidents across client network/server/virtual environments, including occasional after-hours responses, and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements.

Key requirements include a Bachelor’s in IT or related field, strong Microsoft 365/Azure and Windows expertise, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365/Azure, Windows, and Office programs.
Excellent communication and customer service orientation; able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Responds to issues escalated by Tier 1 in a timely fashion.
Provides escalation support and assists with more complex issues.
Troubleshoots incidents in client environments, including on-call after-hours as needed.
Maintains records and documentation for client assistance and investigations.
Mentors Tier 1 analysts and supports Service Desk management.
