You will perform ongoing fixing, enhancements to the application ensuring the solution is fully optimized and operational. Your end goal is to meet and exceed client contractual obligations related to incidents and enhancements to the client’s solution. We are looking for versatile and innovative individuals with a willingness to learn along with a technical background supported by experience or education in information technologies. Additionally, respond to requests or improvements from users, act as focal point resource for the team and represent the team at key internal or client meetings planned or whenever vital. Will also be required to support a scheduled on call rotation for critical client issues specific times throughout the year.

Responsibilities

Work involves problem solving with assistance and mentorship in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for performing technical investigations by gathering information, logging into client domains, shadowing end-users, and testing workflows internally and externally. In addition, you will prioritize work based on severity and priority while balancing client and business needs. You will collaborate among and across teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals, document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $21.97 - $42.88 per hour; from: $45,700 - $89,200 per year. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
