What the role involves:
This role sits at the intersection of governance design, technical architecture, and data-driven decision making. As a Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring technical governance systems are designed in alignment with business and security requirements, and support decision making with relevant data from web2 and web3 sources.
In addition to a foundational understanding of web3 architectures, this role requires an eagerness to understand exactly how the technology works for both Web2 and Web3 systems across different projects. You will act as a bridge between technical delivery teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights, accessible explanations and spotting inconsistencies between design and implementation.
Your work will influence the design of governance tooling, decision-making processes, and overall system architecture, ensuring governance systems are grounded in user needs and technical realities.
