Job summary

Netsmart is seeking a Technical Analyst to support healthcare organizations in optimizing use of EHR systems. You will assist with configurations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with experienced teammates to deliver practical solutions.

Ideal candidates have a MIS/CS or related degree (or 2 years of equivalent experience), strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while interfacing with clients across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Implement EHR software solutions and configurations for CareFabric architecture.
• Troubleshoot and address incoming configuration and integration requests.
• Deliver interfaces or data solutions across Care Records/modules.
• Establish connectivity and data mapping for 3rd party systems with Netsmart EHRs.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Implement technically focused solutions for Electronic Health Record (EHR) software solutions.
• Address incoming requests for troubleshooting and configuration of the CareFabric architecture.
• Deliver interfaces or data solutions across multiple Care Records/modules.
• Establishing connectivity and data mapping of 3rd party systems or Netsmart EHRs which enable data exchange.
• Provide consultative events to clients.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, information Systems Technology, Data Analytics or similar.
• Equivalent 2 years of work experience in lieu of degree
• Build collaborative relationships by interacting and engaging with internal associate's clients.
• Prioritize multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
• Solves problems and troubleshooting.

Preferred

• Internship in a business, clinical, analytical, and/or technical setting.

Expectations

• Potential travel 20% of the time as needed
• Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel.
