What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the technical and operational aspects of MNCH and integrated health projects, ensuring alignment with work plans
- Lead the development and revision of best practice documents and proposals for MNCH initiatives
- Maintain collaborative relationships with various stakeholders, including government agencies and NGOs
- Provide technical leadership and represent the organization at professional meetings and conferences
- Identify risks and create mitigation plans for technical deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree or its international equivalent in Public Health or related field
- 12+ years of relevant experience in designing, managing, and evaluating MNCH programs
- Participation in global or national normative bodies or committees for MNCH
- Proven history of relevant publications, presentations, and tool development
- Experience leading business development efforts in MNCH
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in international or domestic program development or management
- Familiarity with integrated health systems and related specialties such as immunization and nutrition
