Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.

  • 15+ years of experience in AI, ML, Data & Analytics, or technology leadership.
  • Proven experience advising executives and leading large-scale transformations.
  • Deep expertise in AI, ML, analytics, data engineering, MLOps, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Ability to connect AI opportunities with business outcomes across functions.

Responsibilities

Role Highlights:

As a Senior Technical Advisor, AI & Machine Learning, you will serve as a strategic advisor and thought leader, helping clients define and execute enterprise-wide AI, data, and analytics transformation initiatives. This is a highly influential role designed for an industry-recognized leader with deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, and large-scale business transformation. You will work closely with C-suite executives, business leaders, and technical teams to shape AI strategies, influence technology roadmaps, and drive adoption of transformative solutions across industries. Beyond solution delivery, you will act as the voice of industry, bringing market perspectives, emerging trends, and best practices to clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate combines deep technical credibility with executive advisory experience, a strong industry network, and a proven track record of leading organizational transformation through data and AI.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Advisory & Industry Leadership:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior business leaders on AI, Machine Learning, Data, and Digital Transformation strategies.
  • Provide executive guidance on AI investments, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and organizational readiness.
  • Influence strategic decision-making by connecting emerging technology trends to measurable business outcomes.
  • Act as a voice of industry, bringing market intelligence, competitive perspectives, and thought leadership to client engagements.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums, executive roundtables, conferences, and strategic customer events.
  • Advise clients on enterprise AI adoption, analytics modernization, and large-scale data transformation initiatives.
  • Define target-state architectures, AI operating models, governance frameworks, and organizational structures required for AI-driven enterprises.
  • Guide clients in establishing scalable AI, Data Science, MLOps, and Data Engineering capabilities.
  • Assess organizational maturity and develop transformation strategies spanning people, processes, technology, and governance.
  • Provide oversight and strategic direction for complex AI and analytics programs across multiple business functions.
  • Advise on change management, capability development, and AI adoption strategies to maximize business value realization.
Internal Leadership & Mentorship
  • Provide strategic guidance to technical architects, data scientists, data engineers, and consulting teams.
  • Mentor senior technical leaders across the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of AI offerings, frameworks, accelerators, and industry solutions.
  • Support business development efforts through executive conversations, strategic pursuits, and solution shaping activities.
Skills & Experience:
Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred; MBA, MS, or PhD highly valued.
  • 15+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, Digital Transformation, or Technology Leadership roles.
  • Proven experience advising senior executives and leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
  • Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, Data Engineering, MLOps, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of how AI can drive business value across functions such as sales, marketing, operations, supply chain and customer experience.
  • Demonstrated success influencing organizational strategy, operating models, and technology investments.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and large transformation initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders.
Industry Expertise
  • Experience working across multiple industries such as Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, Media and Entertainment, Hospitality, Technology, etc..
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging business models.
  • Established industry network and credibility within executive and technology communities.
  • Experience serving as a public-facing thought leader, speaker, advisor, or industry representative is highly desirable.
