Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting or related fields.
• Experience with complex financial reporting, ASCs and impairment assessments.
• Proven ability to translate technical conclusions into actionable processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own operational accounting for complex financing, investments, and capital arrangements.
• Lead day-one and recurring accounting for non-standard transactions including fair-value measurements and equity-method investments.
• Prepare audit-ready schedules, memoranda, reconciliations, and disclosures.
• Collaborate with Tax, Legal, and external auditors to resolve complex accounting matters.
• Develop policies, playbooks, and automation to improve consistency and control.
