United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to join our growing team in New York/Manhattan or Menlo Park, CA. You’ll evaluate complex patterns, draft defensible positions, and shape product and deal structures from an accounting perspective.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Controllership, Tax, Finance, Financial Reporting, and external auditors to ensure accounting keeps pace with a fast-evolving business and cutting-edge products.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in a technical accounting role.
• Public accounting background preferred (Big 4 or national firm).
• Experience designing, implementing, and documenting technical accounting policies.

Responsibilities

• Own technical accounting research and conclusions for new products and transactions.
• Partner with Product and Deal teams to understand structures and implications.
• Evaluate areas like crypto assets and new revenue arrangements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Finance, and Auditors to align statements and controls.
• Advise on ASC 606, ASC 350-60, ASC 810 and ASC 815 accounting areas.
