Responsibilities

• Research and advise on GAAP, financial reporting, and SEC matters.
• Prepare comprehensive technical memos, analyses, and presentations.

• Assist with preparation of financial statements, disclosures, and audit readiness.
• Operate as backup support for the financial reporting team.
• Support internal controls and SOX compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal/external counsel and external auditors.
