Global Industrial is seeking a Technical Accounting Analyst to support complex lease accounting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and related policy governance. You will drive data updates, journal entries, and controls in a fast-paced environment.
The role partners with Real Estate, SEC Reporting, Internal Audit, and external auditors to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls in accordance with US GAAP.
The Technical Accounting Analyst for Global Industrial supports complex and high-visibility accounting areas, including global lease accounting, restructuring, and accounting for significant transactions such as acquisitions and divestitures. The position partners closely with subsidiaries, Real Estate, SEC Reporting, Internal Audit, and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Primarily office-based in a professional, climate-controlled setting. Extended computer use requires sustained concentration, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Occasional light lifting (up to 25 pounds). On-site presence required four (4) days per week; one (1) remote day permitted based on business needs. Minimal travel (less than 5%); occasional extended hours during peak periods (e.g., month-end or year-end close).
