The Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, combining account management, technical expertise, and sales support to deliver exceptional service and ensure the success of parking access and revenue control system (PARCS) solutions. This role bridges the gap between clients, sales, and technical teams managing relationships, supporting system deployment, and providing both remote and on-site support as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in technical account management, field service, or technical support roles.
  • Strong understanding of networked hardware/software systems, preferably in parking access and revenue control or related industries.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site support and customer meetings as needed.
