What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the end-to-end deployment and configuration of the employer's platform across complex enterprise environments
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding stakeholders on integrations, APIs, architecture, and KPIs
- Conduct technical workshops, architecture reviews, and roadmap alignment sessions for customer success
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering teams to resolve challenges and provide technical guidance
- Design and lead tailored onboarding programs and customer enablement plans based on technical priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or Post-Sales Engineering roles in cybersecurity, segmentation, or networking platforms
- Proven ability to deploy and troubleshoot complex technical solutions and conduct architecture reviews
- Hands-on expertise in network segmentation, network security, and platform configuration
- Strong communication skills to translate technical issues into business value for stakeholders
- Self-motivated learner with a passion for technical growth and customer problem-solving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CSM/CRM platforms; familiarity with Planhat is a plus
