Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to grow our commercial team. You will work with news publishers to migrate sites to WordPress, troubleshoot issues, optimize features, and collaborate on product refinement.

Responsibilities

1. Assist publishers in migrating their sites to WordPress and launching on Newspack.
2. Troubleshoot technical and editorial issues, promote best practices in digital publishing and monetization.
3. Collaborate with engineers to improve the product based on user feedback.
4. Build relationships with clients to understand and support their business and technical needs.

Requirements

Motivated by impact and skilled in managing projects and relationships, you should have experience in influencing customer outcomes, supporting product adoption, and working with WordPress or similar web technologies. Bonus points for software development experience, though coding is not required.

Additional Details

• Preference for candidates working during business hours in Pacific and Mountain time zones.
• Salary range: $73,000-$130,000 USD, with potential for higher impact contributions.
