Technical Account Manager-Level 2 (Remote)

We are growing our product development and operations support center in the USA and seek talented Production Platform Engineers passionate about innovation in retail consumer applications. The role involves helping customers resolve technical questions related to Quotient solutions platforms, integration, and setup.

The candidate will support client success by integrating new clients and collaborating with Tier 1 support and engineering teams. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication skills, and customer interaction are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers to learn, grow, and leverage their skills.

What you’ll do
  • Serve as the main escalation point for Level 2 Support for technical issues.
  • Provide prompt, high-quality service aligned with customer goals.
  • Take full ownership of issues, develop strong client relationships, and improve support services.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve escalated issues.
  • Understand platform architecture technically and functionally.
  • Analyze logs and query databases to troubleshoot problems.
  • Gather logs and data for defect investigations.
  • Interact directly with partners and clients to resolve issues.
  • Identify, report, and validate defects and enhancements.
  • Notify management of escalations and escalate when necessary.
  • Mentor and train Tier 1 support team members.
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3-4 years experience in coding or technical support.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in core web technologies (Java, ASP.Net, Python).
  • Ability to debug web applications and run queries on relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux servers.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, Java, Spring, REST APIs, and Cassandra.
  • Experience with monitoring systems like Nagios, Splunk, or Extra Hop is a plus.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl, Bash, etc.) for automation.
