• Shift Timings - Mon to Fri 9pm to 6am IST & Sat - 9pm to 2am IST
• Work Mode - Fully Remote
• Budget - Depends on experience and interview

(Must have a own reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in Business Analysis, Testing, and Project Management. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring projects are delivered with quality, efficiency, and in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to understand and refine business needs.
• Create functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
  

Testing:

• Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases based on requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing.
• Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution.
• Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards.
  

Project Management:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Monitor project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Testing, and Project Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and other BA/PM tools.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Scrum/Agile/PMP/CBAP/CSM certification is a plus.
