Job summary

SearchApi is seeking a technically-minded on-camera host to build demos, film videos, and run a channel that developers actually watch.

You’ll review new tools, create real working demos using our API, and push SearchApi into comparisons and best-of lists. This is a fully remote role with equity and profit sharing.

You will own the content from script to publish, maintain a regular cadence, and engage a technical audience.

Qualifications

• Genuinely technical; able to build the demo you’re filming.
• Comfortable on camera with clear, engaging delivery.
• Native or C2 English; delivery and nuance matter.
• Professional setup for audio and video.
• Consistent and self-directed; ships on a schedule.

Responsibilities

• Host the content: Shorts, long-form videos, and webinars for developers.
• Build real demos using our API and the tools you review.
• Land SearchApi in comparison videos and best-of roundups on merit.
• Run the channel technically and manage the social presence at an engineer’s level.
• Turn launches into watchable content: new feature, new video, fast.
