Tech Virtual Assistant (GHL Experience Required)

Part-Time | 10–20 Hours/Week | $30–$45/hour (depending on experience)

Danielle Eyman’s team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tech Virtual Assistant to support our fast-growing coaching and education business. This is a remote, part-time role (10–20 hours/week) with flexible hours, but some tasks require daily check-ins.

You’ll be a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes especially in our tech systems like Skool and GoHighLevel (GHL). If you love problem-solving, systems, and staying organized, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Support Inbox Management: Check and respond to support emails twice daily (morning + afternoon)
  • Skool Classroom Management: Upload Alignment Academy VIP live call recordings to the correct module
  • Invoice Processing: Ensure recurring invoices are sent and payment is collected accordingly each month via Easy Pay (SOP & instructions provided)
  • List Clean-Up: Regularly review and clean the contact list (remove unsubscribes, hard bounces, missing emails)
  • Tech Support: Handle general day-to-day tech tasks and troubleshoot issues as needed in platforms such as GHL, Skool, Zapier, Notion, Podbean, Airtable, Riverside, Stripe, and Outlook.

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Availability Monday - Friday between 8-2 PM Pacific.
  • Comfortable navigating online platforms like Skool, Easy Pay, and Outlook email platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and tech-savvy mindset
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and follow SOPs independently
  • Excellent communication skills and quick turnaround time

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working with coaches, online programs, or digital communities
  • Familiarity with systems automation, tagging, or list segmentation
  • A love of clean systems and behind-the-scenes operations
  • 10–20 hours/week
  • $30–$45/hour depending on experience with room to grow
