Job summary

Syner-G is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead technology transfers across development, clinical, and commercial sites in the Greater Boston area. You will evaluate readiness, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth implementation of manufacturing processes across facilities.

Ideal candidates have strong SUS experience, process characterization, and GMP-focused documentation. Travel to client sites may be required up to 100% depending on project demands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or medical device manufacturing.
• Experience leading technology transfer projects.
• Strong GMP knowledge and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial technical and manufacturing gap assessments between sending and receiving sites.
• Develop and execute technology transfer strategies for clinical and commercial programs.
• Define CPPs, KPPs, CQAs, and operating ranges.
• Support CQV, PPQ, and regulatory readiness activities.
