• Advising on intellectual property issues and tech-related matters.
• Supporting M&A and financing transactions involving technology.
• Experience with emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating technology licenses and related agreements.
• Provide IP and privacy counsel to clients on transactions.
• Manage components of deals independently through closing and supervise junior associates.
• Cultivate internal and external client relationships and advise on complex technology matters.
