Qualifications

• BS or MS in System/EE/SW with 3+ years of industry experience in product engineering testing or development.
• Strong understanding of system and hardware fundamentals for complex systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee test readiness activities across NPI development and SMT-to-final-assembly transitions.
• Plan and execute build dry runs to ensure manufacturing test readiness for NPI builds.
• Identify and troubleshoot test issues to maintain timelines and quality.
