Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• At least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of shop floor execution and daily operational constraints.
• Experience developing technical problem-solving in test, repair, or process improvement.
• Ability to manage operations to hit targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
• Continuous improvement mindset and escalation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Convert technician role definitions into consistent shop floor execution.
• Ensure technicians are used as problem-solvers and Daily Management delivery specialists.
• Support technician progression through structured exposure, mentoring, and work center rotation.
• Develop repair velocity, troubleshooting discipline, fixture readiness, and Engineering engagement.
• Create visibility to technician capability gaps impacting flow, yield, and delivery.
• Improve downtime recovery, yield, repair discipline, and workforce scalability.
• Deploy technician skills based on work center need and priority.
• Reinforce the repair-first mindset: 'What can I repair today?'
