Job summary

Skylo seeks a Technical Sourcing Recruiter to identify and engage engineers and technologists who will shape the future of connectivity. You will partner with the recruiting lead and hiring managers to translate priorities into focused sourcing strategies and strong candidate pipelines.

You’ll own the front end of recruiting: defining candidate profiles, writing outreach, conducting initial screens, and delivering clear summaries to the team.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting technical talent, including hard-to-fill roles.
• Ability to map talent markets and calibrate searches early.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with startups or small recruiting teams.
• Experience across international talent markets.
• Knowledge of telecommunications, satellite, semiconductors, IoT or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Owns the front end of recruiting: understand team needs and identify promising candidates.
• Write thoughtful outreach connecting experience to Skylo’s work.
• Conduct initial screens to assess experience, goals and requirements.
• Deliver clear candidate summaries and handoffs to the recruiting lead.
• Map companies and talent markets to improve searches and prioritization.
• Track pipeline health and conversion to interviews, iterating with feedback.
