Mastercard is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Technology Recruiter) to own end-to-end hiring for technology roles in Dublin and across Europe. You will lead kickoff meetings with hiring managers, build pipelines, and engage talent through multiple channels.

You'll assess candidates with structured interviews and scorecards, sharing market insights and ensuring a smooth, inclusive hiring process with AI-enabled tools to support smarter decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technology roles from start to finish.
• Confident sourcing people directly and building talent pipelines for technical roles.
• Good understanding of the Irish and European technology talent market.

• Screen and assess candidates using structured interviews and scorecards.
• Share market insights on talent availability and compensation.
• Track hiring data and use it to improve outcomes.
• Provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders and candidates.
• Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve efficiency.
• Promote inclusive and fair hiring practices.
