A technology-driven hospitality company is seeking a TechOps Specialist to support data accuracy and seamless operations. Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, resolving technical issues, and serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams. Candidates should have at least a year of experience in technical support and be fluent in English. This position is remote but supports a U.S.-based company.

This position is based in Mexico via EOR, supporting a U.S.-based company. Compensation will be set in alignment with the responsibilities of the role and local market rates for contract services.
