About Kasa

Kasa is the leading tech-enabled hotel and apartment hotel brand and manager. Kasa has built a hospitality operating system that fundamentally improves the profitability of hospitality assets while delivering a high quality, digitally forward experience to guests. We partner with owners of multifamily and boutique hospitality properties to deliver stylish, professionally managed accommodations to business and leisure travelers alike.

We took the best that hotels and short-term rentals had to offer and created a new class of hospitality that is well-priced, reliable, and offers a large selection of great locations.

Unlike traditional hotel operators, we prioritize automation, AI-driven pricing, and data-driven decision-making to optimize revenue and improve guest experiences.

Location: Mexico

The Role

Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and ensuring data accuracy? Join our team as a TechOps Specialist as a contractor, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the reliability of our data and supporting seamless operations across all departments.

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Champion data integrity through meticulous monitoring, proactive identification of discrepancies, and swift resolution to maintain flawless and trustworthy datasets.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks that keep our systems running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Tackle diverse technical challenges by diagnosing and resolving software issues, executing minor coding enhancements, and extracting precise data for insightful reports.
  • Serve as the crucial bridge between technical and non-technical teams, enhancing communication to ensure clarity and collaboration.
  • Lead technical triaging efforts by evaluating, prioritizing, and directing technical issues to the appropriate teams for swift resolution.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and problem-solving skills directly impact business success, we’d love to have you onboard

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a Technical Support role or as a Software Developer.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical problems efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and various technology products.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear, step-by-step technical guidance both verbally and in writing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent proficiency in English.
  • Experience as the primary contact for managing change requests, triaging bugs, and providing administrative support — specifically with CRM systems like Kustomer.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call shifts during weekends and/or holidays as needed. (Once or twice a month)
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and uphold high standards of data integrity across all systems.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach in addressing technical support or software development challenges.
  • Investigate software-related issues thoroughly and propose effective solutions.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical problems with strong diagnostic skills.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with development teams to report bugs and system errors.
  • Exhibit self-motivation and flexibility, adeptly reprioritizing tasks to tackle urgent issues as they arise.
  • Document technical processes, solutions, and knowledge clearly through detailed notes and user manuals.
Please Note:

This position is based in Mexico via EOR, supporting a U.S.-based company. Compensation will be set in alignment with the responsibilities of the role and local market rates for contract services.
