Oklahoma Baptist University is seeking a Tech Support Specialist to assist students and employees with questions and issues related to technology. The role involves both in-person and remote support, guiding users through configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for IT systems.
Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. A high school diploma is required, with 6 months of related experience; 2 years preferred.
