You will report directly to our Technical Support Supervisor, and you\'ll work out of our Salem, OR location on a hybrid work schedule.


In this role, you will impact our customers by providing timely and effective technical facilitate, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to ensure their satisfaction. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate technical information clearly will be essential in resolving customer inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
