Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
• 0–1 year of professional tech experience; financial services experience not required.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development, engineering or analytics teams to gather requirements and deliver projects.
• Design, develop and test applications used by business units.
• Participate in induction, networking events and technical demonstrations.
