Job summary

Impellam Group seeks a Senior Technology Product Strategist who bridges business strategy with technology execution, partnering with business leaders, AI specialists, product teams, engineers, and UX professionals to identify opportunities, shape innovative solutions, and guide initiatives from concept through implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Design, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Technology Strategy, Design Thinking, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience facilitating workshops, requirements discovery, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience developing roadmaps, business cases, and technology strategies.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Product Management, and Design Thinking practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to influence across multiple organizations without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable technology opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and strategic planning discussions; identify challenges and opportunities; align priorities and solution direction.
• Lead solution-design and ideation workshops; define MVPs, pilots, and funding recommendations; develop roadmaps and investment plans.
• Guide initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption; maintain business-technology alignment; support change management and readiness; measure outcomes.
