In technology strategy at PwC, you will specialise in developing and implementing strategic plans to leverage technology for business growth and innovation. You will analyse market trends, assess organisational needs, and provide guidance on technology investments and initiatives. Working in this area, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies with overall business objectives to increase utilisation of technology resources, driving competitive advantage.

Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. As part of the Technology Strategy team you will drive strategic initiatives that shape the future of our clients in the Energy, Utilities, and Resources sectors. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations, making sure that our solutions align with industry trends and client needs. What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Demonstrating extensive knowledge within the Energy and Utilities sectors
  • Supporting large scale system transformations
  • Assisting with IT strategy and effectiveness
  • Understanding cloud infrastructure and mobility
  • Executing quantitative and qualitative analyzes
  • Understanding Intellectual Capital development
  • Possessing negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excelling with Due diligence, Program Value Realization, IT strategy and effectiveness, ERP / Sourcing strategy and Program/Project standup and management (overall PMO)
  • Possessing experience with business requirements analysis, business case development, infrastructure architecture, system/data architecture and design, and solution architecture

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
